Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The total amound of the reservation will be paid by the client at the arrival at the hotel. The guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation if they cancel during the 14 days before arrival, or if they are no-show. If the card provided by the guest is not valid, the hotel will cancel the reservation.

In case of groups (more than two rooms), the hotel could agree with the client on others different cancellation rules.
